Unfortunately due to the bad weather forecast, we have had to cancel the walk for the 26th. We plan on walking this route in January now.

Date: Saturday 26th October 2019
Length: about 5½ miles long
Route: circular to Letcombe Bassett
before heading up to The RidgewayTerrain: undulating, gentle but fairly long incline to The Ridgeway - plenty of viewing points on the way up!
Boots: advisable - muddy and puddly conditions
Dogs: well behaved welcome but on leads if near livestock
Lunch: about 1.30pm at The Greyhound Inn
